If you haven't caught on yet, I'm a little obsessed with my dog. I've had Harley since she was 5 weeks old so she's pretty much my child. I never planned on being one of "those people", but it happens. I treat my dog like a human.

Friends and Food

The below picture is from like last Monday. Can you say bad blogger? Anyways, my best friend Jenna and her husband Miles came to visit me over President's Day weekend. While she was down in the valley, we decided to hit up the Renaissance Festival. It worked out perfect because our other best friend Hannah was also going to the fair that day. We had a lot of fun hanging out with all the freaks that attend. Huzzah!

As you can see, Hannah is the only one who can take a good picture. Go Hannah.

And since Hannah always looks so fabulous, here's another one of her working hard preparing for our blogger meet-up at Sweet Cakes Cafe. I wish I took more pictures of the food because it was so delicious, but I was too busy eating.

Blogger Meet-Up at Sweet Cakes Cafe

You guys! (and in ''you guys'' I mean the five people that actually read my blog). I had the most fantastic time last night! I was able to go to a blogger meet-up at Sweet Cakes Cafe. It was a blast to finally meet some of the people I blog stalk. Now I don't feel so creepy pretending I'm best friends with people I've never met. Big thanks go out to Katie and Camille for putting it together! And a huge thanks to Sweet Cakes Cafe for staying open late just for us and for all the yummy treats!

If you haven't been to Sweet Cakes, you need to go! Seriously. As in right now. It's in Mesa on Main Street and Center right across from Milano's, next to the Mesa Arts Center. It can easily be made into a nice little day date. Go like their Facebook page and follow them on Instagram. And my friend Hannah works there so make sure to say hi to her when you go!

Day of Love

I'm single. It's Valentine's Day. I should hate my life. But my love for holidays outweighs my self-loathing. So here is my Valentine for you:
