Disneyland

After the beach on Monday, we spent Tuesday and Wednesday at Disneyland. Our new house is 20 minutes from Disneyland so we decided to bite the bullet and buy annual passes. This will probably be the first and last time we'll have the opportunity to own an annual pass and we're gonna get our money's worth. This initial trip proved that we'll get plenty of use out of it. We had the kids there for almost the entirety of the first day and they did great. We had so much fun (especially since some of the cousins were with us). I took around 100 photos on our beach day, but unfortunately only took a handful of photos (mostly on my phone) of our Disney days. Here are just a few of those photos to document our trip.

Disneyland Babymoon

For Christmas this year, Andrew surprised me with tickets to Disneyland! Yes, my husband is amazing. We both love Disneyland so it was a perfect destination for a little babymoon getaway. We were able to go this past weekend and it was an absolute blast. Although walking around Disneyland for two days at 29.5 weeks pregnant makes you feel REALLY pregnant. My feet and ankles ached and every muscle was sore by the end of the trip. I think I'm still recovering from all the walking. I'm glad we were able to get in a final vacation before baby boy makes his arrival in ten weeks or so, but I am now content to spend the rest of this pregnancy relaxing at home.

Most Magical Place On Earth

Disneyland was a success!

After driving all night (we left at 2 am), we got to the park around nine on Friday morning. The park was pretty empty and we walked onto every ride. No joke. It was fantastic and we had a great time.

Unfortunately, I didn't take all too many pictures. I was having too much fun to stop and get the camera out.

Favorite rides of the trip: Indiana Jones and Splash Mountain for Disneyland. Toy Story Midway Mania and Tower of Terror in California Adventures. And I saw World of Color for the first time which was pretty amazing. Also tried Beignets. Died and went to heaven with each bite.

The only bad thing about having such a perfect trip to Disneyland, is that it makes it really hard to come back to reality. I'm also trying to figure out the next time I can go back. I just love it so.

Remember that one time I went to California and visited Disneyland, the Newport Beach Temple & the LA Temple, and also the Santa Monica Beach? Well I finally got a little video montage together. Only a few months late...
