A Poem for Baby Snow

If you've followed my blog for a while now and have read our engagement story, you know that the children's book characters Little Bear and Little Tiger are pretty important to us. After we watched our little baby bounce and dance around on the ultrasound for the first time, Andrew wrote the little poem below and I just thought it was the sweetest.
One little bear came running 'round the bend.
"Running is really great," he thought "but I'd love a little tiger friend."

Along came little tiger jumping up and down,
she made little bear so happy, he could never wear a frown.

Little bear and little tiger quickly fell in love,
marriage came soon after and the choirs sang above.

They got a little cottage and they cleaned it up so nice.
They never left it dirty and they never got in fights.

One day little bear came running home from work,
little tiger was waiting and gave his ear a jerk.

"Great news," she said while jumping, just happy as could be.
"Now our little cottage is going to hold three."

Surprise!

If you haven't already seen on my Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/etc, we have a little teeny tiny announcement...

And that, my friends, explains my absence in blogging. For one, all I have wanted to talk about is this little growing baby when we were trying to keep it on the down low for those first few weeks. And two, nothing else has been happening in my life besides tons of napping and lots of praying to the porcelain-god.

Morning sickness has been easing up though and we are excited for this adventure ahead of us!

Provo Weekend

The Steed family used to live conveniently around the corner in the very same apartment complex as Andrew and I. Being only a few steps from each other, many movies were watched, games were played, and Dairy Queen runs were made together.Unfortunately, Kevin and Stephanie recently left us for Provo and we've been quite distraught ever since. So we made sure to get away for a quick trip to Provo to check out their new place and get in lots of twin time as soon as possible. Andrew had a fun time showing me around his old stomping grounds of BYU. And of course we ate a lot. We always do that on vacation.
